St John Ambulance Australia has over 130 years of experience as the leading provider of first aid training with nearly 500,000 participants annually.
In Western Australia St. John Ambulance had a requirement for their corporate customers to be able to manage orders and course bookings for their employees online.
Their old system involved spreadsheets and phone orders, it was not an effective way to manage this process.
We worked closely with St. John to formulate and build a solution in the form of a web-based order and course-management portal.
The response from the clients and users of the new portal has been overwhelmingly positive, with users especially finding it easier to book and attend courses.
